  My heat quit working 8:30pm on Wednesday, they had a guy there the next morning at 6:30am to diagnose. He called me back with options, and I had a new furnace installed with heat back to normal by 4pm. Can't say enough about how impressed I am with the service and understanding of time-sensitive issue. I wish I could give them a 6-star.

  We had an ancient system from 1987 limping along and recently had service calls from another provider and knew it was time to replace our entire system. Since our furnace has been unreliable this week and we were heading out of town for the weekend we were seeking quotes and a quick install. In passing a comment was made and we were directed to Wes late last evening and here, not even 24 hrs later, a new system has been installed. We look forward to a reliable, efficient system and lower Ameren bills! Not only was Wes great to deal with, he was also flexible and fit us in fast. Nick handled the installation and was professional, left no mess and answered our questions. Overall, great experience with Montefusco, flexible, great value, prompt and courteous service. Eased my anxiety and stress with a reliable system and no more worries if our house will be warm when needed. Will deal with them for all our future needs! Later my husband pointed out the original Montefusco sticker on our ductwork, wished I had noticed earlier and called for all my prior service needs. Would give 10 stars if able!

  AMAZING QUALITY OF WORK! Our old furnace died in the middle of winter with temperatures in the teens and below. We had a new furnace installed at an EXCELLENT price the next day. From the dispatcher who scheduled our install to the tech who actually performed the work, everyone knew exactly what they were doing and most importantly did it right the first time! There was no question I could ask that they didn't know the answer to and how to handle it. The tech cleaned up after he was done spotlessly as well. I will without a doubt make them my go to folks for anything I need in the future.
