  We had Monk install a new Central Air Conditioning unit. They arrived on time, were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and the install was completed a day and a half earlier then they predicted. My husband, who is very hard to please, said " if anyone asks about heating and a\c., he would recommend this company hands down!" A great experience with minimal interruption to our everyday lives. Would highly recommend.

  The repair person arrived on time, wore a mask and work efficiently. He explained the furnace and thermostat needed to be replaced.. He helped me set up a back up space heater. The heater is working better now than it did before. i was very satisfied.

  My new heat pump and air handler with backup heat source were installed early and ahead of schedule. The crew of D, D, and K were on time, safety conscious, considerate, clean, and communicated well. Thanks for a job well done. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Diagnosed the problem, discussed solutions, and committed to provide options for future upgrades. He is a great representative for the company and their products.
