I hired this people because they were the cheapest. After installation I found out why they´re cheaper. 1.- The compressor and the air distributor were different brands, Amana and Goodman. 2.- Instead of making a metal plenum, they opted to use fiber glass, regardless if the unit was standing vertically. I´ll show you how the secured the plenum with just tape missing the back side completly. I told them to change it but they kept making excuses that it was the best. They never changed it. 3.- I called them back for the third time to cover the opening they left to the attic, all the air that the air distributor was absorbing from the attic. 4.- I called them back for the 4th time because their plenum was leaking like crazy, the main technician said that the only thing he could do was to apply the white stuff, the only solution was to replace and redo all the duct system and opt for a Metal Plenum to bolt it down to the air distributor. Never happened. 5.- I called the for the 5th time to complain about the way they attached their flexible ducts to the old metal ducts I had causing condensation in two of them and leaking in all of them. They recommended to replace the ducts and extend them and install new vents, supposedly they did not have them at the time, there for they used the old ones. Plus, the owner wanted to charge me as a maintenance only three months later having installation warranty for a year. BUT since that was a revisión I had to pay for it. 6.- Called them up again because my air distributor was condensating so much water that it was ruining the closet, the carpet, and the little pump was just collecting the pan water, but the water was coming from the walls of the distributor. he put a seal so the unit would absorbe the air through the door where he installed a filter instead of putting it in the unit. A FREAKING DISASTER. They just stopped coming, they started to ignore me like little irresponsible bunch of kids. Do not hire this company, they suck big time. It used to be good when Mr. Molina was alive, but his widow is all money.

I requested the job to American home shield and they recommend this company to do my job after they did inspection they send me invoice and before do the job they charged my card when they came this morning to replace furnace they wanted to installed at the wrong place it was installed orginaly and they asked for $700 more if they put at right place then they took out the old unit and through it out of house then again called me and said they have to cut the ceiling to install the new until and they can't to repair the damage space for ceiling and when I said I don't want anymore job to do they left my old unit at street and left. what kind of human they are they don't care of others at winter time without heater.
Response from the owner
I"m terribly sorry for your experience but we do not work with American Home Shield, we did briefly in 2018 but have since cut ties. Do you have a person I can contact and a license number they are using? Please feel free to call us at (409) 963-3424. I have contacted American Home Shield in hopes to have our name removed from their database.

On day 3 of no AC. We had already been quoted 4K to replace entire unit. We called Molina’s, and he was out here this evening. Just a leak, and low of Freon. Saved us thousands $$$. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and respectable. Thanks guys for being HONEST! I highly recommend!!!
