  Our techs were great, prompt and professional! They did an amazing job on our carpets, I honestly can't believe how clean they came because they were dirty. The smell of the cleaners are still strong in the house after 32 hours and that's unfortunate but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The results were great and the price was even better!

  We got our air ducts cleaned and they left a dusty mess. They have to drill holes into your duct work and there is dust and metal shavings all across my basement, including my couches and desk area. No attempt was made to sweep any of this up. I feel like I've been non stop dusting my house and also cleaning my hardwood floors because debris was scattered all around the floor next to each vent. My allergies have been terrible since they did the cleaning 5 days ago. For paying almost $500 for 2 hours worth of work and a mess to clean up, I'm not very impressed.

  Modernistic got pet stains out of my carpet that were set in for months. I had Stanley Steemer clean my carpet last year but they couldn't get the stains out. Technicians were very nice and professiobal.
