  Horrible service, untimely, unprofessional, and will ignore your calls and emails once you have an agreement. Make sure you get a contract in writing with the amount you agree upon and dates it is due, plus what is acceptable for considering a project complete and approved for payment. Otherwise, they will take their time, and charge you AS MUCH AS THEY WANT for incomplete service - and if you don't pay WHATEVER he wants, he'll take you to court.
