  I would highly recommend Modern Appliance Repair & Service to anyone located in or near Northwest Indiana. We called this company after hours when our washing machine started leaking and Steve not only called me back that same evening, but he scheduled service for us the very next day. He also has a great relationship with his suppliers and was able to order the part that was needed and it came in a day earlier than expected. Steve is professional, knowledgeable, and provides great follow up and follow through. He called a few days after our scheduled service repair just to make sure everything was still running well and fixed for us. We had just moved into a new home and are still familiarizing ourselves with the house and appliances that came with. Steve even went as far as printing out the owners manual online for our specific washer brand/model and brought it to me so I had a reference in the future. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Modern Appliance Repair and Steve in general. I will be using this company for all of our service repair needs. They are the best in this area!

  Steve was great. He called us right back and assessed the issue and repaired it correct the first time. Have not had any issues since. He repaired out dryer and diagnosed our HVAC issue with our furnace. He ordered the motor and swaped it out in a couple hours. Great company.

  Steve repaired my HVAC. He was able to get the proper parts within 24 hours and I felt that he was very reasonable with his prices. Way below the larger companies. Absolutely recommend.
