  John and Adam showed up right on time. They worked fast and efficiently. I was very pleased with the level of customer service they provided. John explained which type of humidifier he would recommend with my home and configured the unit on my furnace. He spent a good 15 minutes helping me understand what they were doing to install it and what minimal maintenance items i should consider in the future. I would definitely use this company again. Great service, fair pricing and quality work.

  John is great. My son was quoted a repair of $6K from another company. We called Modern Aire for a second opinion. John found the problem. Very simple repair. He also put in a brand new A/C unit for us. Do not hesitate to use him. Highly recommended!!

  John came to my house to take a look at a cooling issue with my AC unit. He was very informative & detailed on what is wrong with my system and the options I had on fixing my cooling issue. Will be using Modern Aire again in the future!
