  Modern Air responded very well to the issue I was having. Tech (Paul) came in knowing exactly what needed to be done after I explained the problem. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in what was going on. I recommended. Didn’t do much shopping for cost prices but it was very reasonable.

  Modern Heating is the #1 place to go for your heating and air problems. My heat went out on the coldest day of the season. One call to them as soon as they opened for business on Monday and they were at my house by 10am.. My new heating system was installed Tuesday morning and I has heat running by 11:30 am. We have lives in this home for 37 years and never had another company work on our heating or ac. They truly are the best; not to mention respectful, honest and informative. I would never depend on anyone else. Thank you all for helping me deal with this outage. Like I said , you are the BEST. Barbara Scott

  The man that came out was so patience and kind and made sure everything was fixed before he left. They come soon as as they can, which was in about 20 to 30 minutes after I called them. Love they service.
