  I had a problem with our high end Bosch dishwasher recently and called about six repair services in the area. Only one bothered to call back, and he did so very promptly. He promised to research the problem and get back to me. He did, the very next day, and then proceeded to tell me how to fix it myself. The solution was so simple that even I could do it. He has a reputation of wanting to help his customers that is well deserved. He could have done a service call for $200 or more but instead told me what to do. I’ll certainly call him again. You can’t ask for better service.

  Mr. Dale is the best. I reached out to Mobile One Applicance Repair after Zajic told me that it wasn't "worth their time" to drive out to Woodland to work on my built-in refrigerator. Mr. Dale tried to help me fix the issue over the phone, so that he wouldn't have had to charge me money for a service visit. I couldn't fix the issue myself, so he scheduled a visit and fixed the problem quickly, professionally, and with good cheer. I'll be using him from now on!

  Never returned calls or voicemails after the initial contact where he insulted the brand I had, and then ghosted. He was supposed to quote me the costs of repair and replacement, but never did. I did follow up multiple times and never once talked to a live person, only ever got voicemail from the number listed which is a land line.

  I'm sorry I did not get back to you was in the emergency room and ended up in the hospital been down for a few weeks so I am very sorry once again I take pride in my work and trying to help people and save them money very sorry.
