  Giving them 1 star is being super generous. After 2 weeks of the same problem, they have informed me today that the landlord needs to find another company. When I called, the lady on the phone was unprofessional and hung up on me twice.

  Poor service quality and extremely unresponsive when you need them to make a service call to fix their faulty work. Visiting my elderly parents whose unit was installed by this company, it’s had multiple issues within its warranty time frame, but my parents have had to shell out large amounts for the company’s “fixes” (most recent was about a month ago and the unit is not working AGAIN). The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and unhelpful. I will be calling another company to try to fix this company’s work. I’m sure the lady (secretary) who was so rude to them would not appreciate the same service.

  My air was installed by these people.the electrician left 15 foot of wire that was hooked to the electric pole laying on the ground.not wrapped in condure or nothing.he returned said it was up to code and did nothing.i had to fix it myself. Mostly for the grandkids would not get tangled up in it or the family pet chewing on it.i guess it's my fault for not staying out there and babysitting this guy.
