  I can not say enough about the great customer service that was given to my 88 year old mom who found herself without heat on the coldest night a few days ago. She was not a customer of theirs, I looked on Google and found them. They were at her house in hours and got her up and running. I worried about someone taking advantage of her at her age. My father had passed a few day’s earlier and she knew nothing about the furnace. Chad took the time to explain, show her what she needs to do and installed an easy to use thermostat. Hers was almost 100 years old. Chad called me to keep me up to date as to what she needed and I felt so comfortable that he had my moms best interest at heart. Thank you for going above and beyond MM Heating. Much appreciated. You are now my go to for my heating and cooling needs. Tammie Howard

  Furnace wouldn’t heat more than a few minutes before shutting off. I had called and the receptionist told me a few issues before calling in a tech. The condensate drain was plugged. (Didn’t even cross my mind to check that) i know they didn’t get my service this time but they have definitely secured it for the future. They could have just called a tech in and fix the issue, but instead they helped me before calling in a tech. So for that thank you and i will definitely go to you again.

  Chad and his team did an awesome job on my project. Many contractors struggle with communication and responsiveness; MM does not have that problem. Emails or phone calls were returned within 24 hours EVERY TIME. It was very refreshing! On the installation, the team did a great job of being thorough and fully understanding the job requirements. The end result far exceeded my expectations - I was expecting the additional ducts & vents to be intrusive, but they fit perfectly into the wall cavities as planned. I would highly recommend MM Mechanical for any commercial or residential HVAC project!
