My AC unit quit working late yesterday afternoon, and after a phone call to Mitchell & Sons Heating and Cooling, a technician was at my home this morning.  Upon his arrival, the technician was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and the service that I received.  I highly recommend.

Called them on Friday and asked if they could stop by and see why our furnace won't kick on. We got up and it was chilly and turned it up to take the chill off and it wouldn't come on. They called right back and said they would be there in a little while. About 20 minutes later they stopped by and it was an easy fix. It turned out to be our fault as we cut a random wire that just happened to run the thermostat. Thanks for being there and helping us.

We recently moved and wanted to get some furnace upgrades done.   We had Tom work on the furnace in our first home here in Ottumwa and couldn't have been happier with his rapid response time and honest, professional attitude.   Based on that, we called him again for this latest job and he again was here when he said he would be and gave us a great deal.  He is a great guy and has always treated us right.  We won't call anyone else.

I called for an estimate of a new air conditioner and furnace repair. They were too busy. I was told in a few days. I called back 3-4 days later to see about setting up a time again and no call back. I bought both a new AC and Furnace elsewhere.
