  I called them first thing on Monday morning and they responded quickly. They called to let me know they were enroute. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. Highly recommended and I will use them again.

  The Mitchell Brothers recently pumped our septic and went above and beyond to ensure that it wouldn't clog again from rain or slow drainage. I had previously hired another septic tank company (Smooth Flow) to pump the septic a year and a half before and it filled up quickly. Never had a septic fill up that fast after a pump cleaning even with rain. Mitchell Brother's came out and not only re-pumped it but also pumped the mainline and placed plastic coverings over the septic to ensure water wasn't entering the tank from the heavy rains. They were also punctual. Could improve their phone and reservation methods and online presence, etc but other than that they were great!
