I have nothing but great things to say about the service I received. Although it was Greek to me, they explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They also gave me a discount on my newly installed unit because they had previously serviced my unit 3 months ago in which at that time, he advised me to start saving up because it was on its last leg. Good company!

I highly recommend Mitch Craig Heating! They did an Awesome job on repairing my heating system.. They were on Time, Fast and very informative on everything plus they got my system working BETTER then it Ever Has! I will Definitely Use them Again! I'm a New VERY Happy Customer! 😁

My furnace quit working on Sunday afternoon. It was Nov. and very cold. I got the number for Mitch Craig from my boss on Monday. Mitch 's company had installed a system in his new house, he was very happy with the quality and the price. I had already rec'd a quote from another company and I am glad I called MItch Craig , he beat the quoted price by a landslide. Needless to say, I went with Mitch and now on Tuesday night I am warm and toasty. I would highly recommend this company. they
were super nice , quick and efficient. i could not ask for anything more.

Very impressed with Mitch Craig.  My AC went out at the worst time of year and after calling 3 different well known companies in the area, Mitch Craig had a very competitive price and were very responsive on being able to put in my new outside unit, coil and line-set next day of accepting quote.  Having previous experience working in hvac and a father who owned his own company for over 25 years I was very impressed with their technicians and work quality.  I was hesitant at first with their limited reviews, but my concerns were alleviated once I started working with them.  Shoutout to Jeremy and Darren for a great installation today and Mike for the detailed quote earlier this week.  They even hooked up a water heater overflow drain for me that was not originally quoted.  My only constructive feedback was that the scheduling person left me wondering on some of the details upfront, but it’s a very busy time of year for hvac companies.

Stephen and Clayton are not only professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, they took the time to explain some very helpful information about the new heating system in my shop. In addition, they are funny and just good people. Oh, the new heater heated up the 1400 sq ft space in just 10 minutes! I highly recommend.

Mitch Craig did an outstanding job installing a new HVAC system for my home. They were able to work me into their schedule earlier than expected and finished the job ahead of schedule. After installation, everything was cleaned up perfectly.  Excellent job!

Mitch Craig quoted me a very reasonable price on a Carrier packaged furnace/ac system.  They installed the new system and new thermostat in about 3 and 1/2 hours, hauled away the old system and completely cleaned up after themselves.  It poured rain the day before and they took extraordinary means to keep from tearing up my yard .  All of the men were professional and friendly.  I highly recommend Mitch Craig HVAC and will definitely use them in the future, as necessary.

Great Service!!  Guys were COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL. Highly recommend!!! Prior to new install Mike serviced my furnace & discovered a possible monoxide poisoning situation...so thankful we called Mitch Craig...10+ 🌟These guys are phenomenal!!!!

I started using these guys earlier in the year to diagnose my mini split issue, and liked what I saw then, so when both of my main AC units went out at the same time on one of the hottest days of the year, I called upon them again. Mitch had two crews out the very next day to do a complete unit replacement downstairs, and a repair upstairs. Both crews were very nice and respectfull when it came to protecting the property and keeping it clean.

Will definitely use them going forward.

The ac compressor  went out it was 89 degrees in my house. I called they were fast came next day. Had parts on truck to fix it Tech talked with my husband   about the size of unit for our house. Tech was honest,efficient, friendly.
I recommended them to my niece who also had ac trouble they were out quickly and fixed them up too.
Highly  recommend  them.
