My heat went out during the night and they were able to get me an appointment only 2 hours after I called. First tech diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part, then they were able to send someone else to install just a couple hours later. Very happy with the quick service, professionalism, and friendliness of the technicians. I also like that I got a confirmation of my appointment via text and email, and they text you to let you know the tech is on the way with their name. I always use this company!

I recently purchased a new home and the prior owner had a maintenance contract with another HVAC company. Upon their routine maintenance they found a bad heat exchanger and advised the furnace would need to be replaced at a cost of 8,000 dollars. Not being familiar with them, I called Misurelli Sorensen who I had done extensive business in the past. Their tech came out the same day and while he confirmed the original finding, he also advised me it was under warranty, the parent was in stock and he could replace it for only the cost of labor! It pays to get a second opinion from a reputable company. I rate Misurelli Sorensen 5 stars.

William did an excellent job with educating us on the questions we had regarding our system. He was very open and honest about his recommendations, and with us being new homeowners, and new to renovations; his recommendations are greatly appreciated.
