  Can never call Mirabito without a recording all agents are busy. If you hold, its the worst of the worst. A constant stream of blather and self-promotion. And their calendar is nothing more than a tribute to Mirabito family. Nothing nice to one would want to place on a wall. A company dedicated to the bottom line. At your expense. Instead of Mirabito, find a nice small, locally owned company who cares about their reputation.

  I had to call Mirabito in Dalton today with question about my oil delivery. I spoke with Diana. She was very helpful and called me back promptly after finding the answer. She was very courteous and it was a good experience overall!

  Lost heat at our Berkshire home over the weekend. Hot water linked to boiler not working and heat in low 50s and dropping on Sunday. Called Emergency number and Bill from Pittsfield called back 45 minutes later. Talked it through and decided no pipes would freeze and to wait for regular time service on Monday. Bill was out Monday morning and fixed the loose sensor causing the problems. Great service. Thank you!
