  At the request of this company I agreed to have my relatively new gas furnace serviced, as it had not been done in nearly two years. Technician #1 came to service the boiler. The very next day the pilot went out and I had no heat. Technician #2 came and lit the pilot and I had heat again for a few days, but then it went out again. Technician #1 came back and began suggesting possible parts it may be, meanwhile, we had NO HEAT. He kept saying he was having difficulty getting the parts he thought the problem was. Finally after six days of no heat (one day it snowed during this time) they sent Technician #3 out, who diagnosed and fixed the problem in an hour. If you are so unlucky to have to deal with this company, I hope you get Technician #3. In fact, I can't help but wonder if Technician #3 had come to clean & service in the first place I would not have had this problem at all. All-in-all it was an astronomically expensive cleaning,
