  Called and asked if they had a specific product. Drove 20 minutes to get it and they had a big sign in the door that said showroom closed. That’s fine. I called in to ask if we could call the order in (saw an employee doing curbside delivery). The guy on the phone said they wouldn’t let us order right now unless we had an account. I said no one told us that on the original call. He was totally unapologetic. Said we could fill out an account application and it would take a week. How ridiculous...we were just trying to buy a simple product. They could’ve set it outside and taken the payment by phone. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day!

  Been dealing with them for several years and always been helped if I get the wrong part if I have not installed it they gladly take it back ,some of the best counter help in the A/C field, Jacklyn is the best at the front desk hands down .
