Milts came to the rescue yesterday… we have a unit with a bad chip and know that they are not readily available. Milts got some chips in and sent some one out immediately (and after hours) last evening to restore our AC. They are always incredibly responsive and serviceman are polite / on time and knowledgeable! Only company to use for us !

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Milt's AC. When our AC went out we contacted four companies that service Amelia Island. All of the prices and manufactures were comparable so we went with the company with the best customer service. We chose Milts because Nick went out of his way to answer every question, help us choose the unit we need and get the price where we wanted it to be. They came to our house all weekend to top off the freon in our leaky system so we could use the AC until they could start work.The installers were excellent and they replaced the entire system in less than a day. We love the new system. Great job Milts! John H.

My a/c died in July and the inside temp of house rose to over 88 degrees. At the time I was using another local service that has always served me well, but they could not come out for 4 days. Milt's was out that day and although my unit was beyond repair (it was approaching 20 years old), they installed a used unit to get us through the incredibly hot days until my new unit could be ordered and installed. As if the same day service and loaner unit doesn't speak volumes for this company's level of customer service, there's more. Also on the same day the used unit was installed, it was shared they ran out of refrigerant and it was cooling, but it might need more to call if the temp didn't change w/in an hour. I did call after an hour, and the initial service man would return to my house as soon as he could. He was back at my house taking care of the issue at 9pm, and what he shared was that it wasn't the refrigerant, it was another issue he was able to temporarily remedy. This caused for a rush on my new unit. The original install date was about two weeks out, but the new a/c was actually installed w/in a week. I've had my new a/c unit for a few weeks and it's working great! I'm looking forward to hassle free a/c operation for years to come, but know if I have any concerns Milt's Team will be on it and have it rectified asap! Thank you Milt's for the fantastic service! I'm so appreciative of your service and helping to keep us cool!
