  What a relief to find a good honest A/C company. My daughters A/C required service, called Milton Heat & Air. The owner (Robert) came out, discovered a bad capacitor and swapped it out. He took the time to completely check out the rest of the system. Real nice guy, professional, prompt and reasonable. Highly recommended.

  Robert is a professional knowledgeable licensed & bonded HVAC journeyman technician who takes the time to clean condenser and the evaporator coils check system pressure, TXV proper operation, thermastat accuracy and call operation, as well as checking the fan motor electrical circuit for proper resistance. He takes the time to explain the exact procedure if you are interested and his integrity is impeccable in fairness and honest, and also will correct anything not properly installed. I will rely on him for all my HVAC needs.
