  Excellent customer service so far. I got a couple of estimates and the guys who did them were very nice and helpful. They have not called me and worried me to death like most places do. I will be calling them soon to get their business as soon as I can. The lady who answers the phone is also very sweet. Customer service matters to me a lot when it comes to spending my money. I will be talking with you soon.

  Called Mills Heating and Air in the morning and they had technician Chris here that afternoon. Unfortunately our outside compressor was shot(we had it for 15yrs!) Had Sales Rep Dylan out within an hour to discuss new unit options. Very personable and responsive. They offered to provide portable AC units to help cool the house temporarily. Will update review once the new system is installed

  Terrible. Called and got a return call and specifically asked if they would tell me what was wrong before they fixed it. Tech got here was here about 35 minutes and come to our porch and said it was fixed. Price $552 outrageous for a new capacitor. Never told me what was wrong or how much it would be. Stay away from this company! Seen other reviews about overcharging for a capacitor!!!!!
