  It took a week for the inspector to come out to our residence, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He said we would have a quote soon after paying the 90.00 service fee. Heard nothing back from them for a week, a week of 90+ temperatures. I called back inquiring on when I would get my quote, apparently I woke up the lady who answers the phones at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. She was of no help, said they were busy and asked for my information again then hung up on me. Not holding my breath for a call back. I saw a lot of positive reviews that’s why I chose this business but it sounds like they can only handle a small work load and in the summer season I wouldn’t recommend them for prompt service.

  Again, Miller Heating & Cooling was incredible. I can't thank them enough for their customer service, kindness and eagerness to get the job done the right way! Our unit went out on Sunday and they came promptly Monday morning to fix it! He worked LITERALLY for 3+ hours in our SUPER hot house to find any issues we may have had and got to the bottom of it. I am SO SO SO thankful for him and his help! It's nice to know there is a company and employees who are trustworthy with all the military moves we do. I know for sure when I need any help when it comes to HVAC needs I can call them and they will help in every way they can!

  Ryan was our service technician. He quickly found and corrected the issue. Company was super responsive as I called at 11 ish and they were here at 12:30. I highly recommend using them.
