They came out to do work through my home warranty company, they filled paperwork out incorrectly so they couldn't get the parts needed from the HWC. I had to find this out myself because Miller Heating completely shaded out and stopped answering calls. The voicemail is full. He texted to say his speaker was broken and didnt reply when I asked what was going on. Absolutely F this guy. I have been without AC for 3 weeks now waiting on a new company to come out. EDIT: and get this. He was trying to scam the HWC for an expensive part. When somebody from another company came out they had the problem fixed in a half hour, no parts needed, just a brain.

We were assigned this company by our home warranty. They arrived at our house between the appointment time (11-3) and called to let us know they would be there 30 minutes before arriving. The home warranty company originally was not going to cover the cost of the repair stating it was “normal wear and tear” for a unit over 10 years old. Miller HVAC called our warranty company and appealed the decision. While we were waiting for the warranty company to approve the repair, they began to work on the unit (we needed the AC fixed and were going to pay out of pocket if the warranty company didn’t cover the repair). By the time he fixed the unit, the warranty company luckily had approved the repairs! Great company to work with! I’m sure if they hadn’t gone the extra mile to call and appeal the warranty company we would have had to pay out of pocket!

Miller Heating and Cooling was dispatched by our home warranty company. They finally contacted me at the last minute of their deadline timeframe to set an appointment. I was told the tech would be here between the hours of 11 & 3 and would give me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. This did not happen. I had another contractor at my home I had to excuse myself from and waste his time. After going over the details of the issue, I left him to do his work. About 10 minutes later he appeared and said they would have to come back tomorrow. He wasn't equipped to do the repair that day. This was on a Friday at 11:30 am. I need to mention, I had to pay my "Co-Pay" for this service call at this time. Saturday was a NO SHOW. Through failed attempts calling the office, sending text, and leaving 1 voice mail (the only time the mail box wasn't full) I had no communication with this company. On Monday morning when they didn't show up I called the office, immediately received a text, "in a meeting will call you back ASAP." At 11:32 Monday morning, I called my home warranty company. At that time the service representative reached out to Miller Heating and Cooling. The staff was so rude, and ugly to the service rep, she gladly cancelled the service call. I would not recommend this company
