  I called Miller Climate Control on a recommendation from a friend. Surprisingly the owner answered and said he could come out within a few hours, and worked with MY schedule! When Chris arrived, he quickly determined that my circuit board was bad. I had one of the big Austin companies out just days prior and they completely misdiagnosed it, never solved the problem, and charged me a ton! Chris gave me an idea of what the board would cost, but had to wait until the next morning when suppliers were open. The next morning I received a message from Chris that he had the part, gave me a price lower than the estimate, and that he could be at my house in 45 minutes! Two days following the repair, my system stopped working again. I let Chris know, and though he was under the weather, he said he’d come the next day to help. Turns out, it was as easy fix as my drain lines were clogged, which I had checked previously but not this time. He never once made me feel stupid for something so simple, and didn’t even charge me for the quick trip and fix! Only asking to use my shop vac and bleach so he didn’t have to go back to get his. I’m never calling anyone else as long as Miller Climate Control is in business, and will recommend them to anyone needing AC work!

  I’ve been using Miller Climate Control for several years. Chris the owner and his technicians provide exception service at a very reasonable price. Chris is highly professional and very personable. He has the knowledge and experience to trouble shoot the problem and find the lowest cost solution. I highly recommend MCC for general HVAC maintenance, repairs or new installations all of which he has done for me.

  Ive been using Miller Climate Control since 2016. Chris is knowledgeable,, friendly, prompt, and professional. He returns phone calls in a timely manner and treats his Diamond M customers (probably all customers) like we are important to him. I highly recommend.
