  Mill Creek Mechanical installed a 9 emitter mini-split ductless heat pump system at our house in mid-January. The crew was always professional, punctual. My ability to communicate with them before, during, and after the installation of the two condensing units and 9 emitters was stellar. Andy, the journeyman installer, was a consummate professional, and he and I spoke several times during the installation about specific details of the process which needed to be changed or adapted because of installation obstacles due to building design, aesthetic appearance, or planned occupancy of the occupied space to be conditioned. I cannot recommend Mill Creek Mechanical highly enough. Their workmanship and attention to detail are beyond reproach. Their engagement with the customer could be used as a textbook example for how an installation, maintenance, and repair technician should conduct themselves in the residential/commercial workplace. We can recommend Mill Creek Mechanical with no reservations whatsoever.

  Exceptional customer service and support from Robert and his team at Mill Creek Mechanical. They replaced my HVAC system and kept me informed and up-to-date every step of the way. Would definitely do business with again.

  When my heat quick working at the start of a cold snap they were able to take the time at short notice to come by and do a quick service of my furnace. Everyone I know that has used them for an install says they are fast and very responsive. Great business, thanks again guys!
