  When the Lansing Woman's Club boiler died on December 7, 2021, Miles Plumbing and Heating was one of four contractors that came to assess the situation. They were also the only ones to take pictures on-the-spot of the old unit and send those photos to their supply contact, calling to verify the photos had been received. Within 24 hours they had located a replacement that needed to be shipped from New York state. The price of their bid was competitive. They were very careful in putting protective coverings on all our floors prior to removing the old unit from t he basement, and throughout the installation. The entire crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous in answering all our questions about boilers in general and the installation of our new unit in particular. Despite the installation happening over the Christmas and New Year's holidays, Miles was able to have heat up and running in our clubhouse on January 5, 2022. It is a marvel the work, from assessment through installation took less than a month. The club is profoundly grateful to the entire Miles team. We would recommend them without hesitation.

  The team was incredibly professional. They were quick and accommodating. While fixing the facet and the shower they were patient in answering all my questions in regards to plumbing. Would definitely ask them for their services again.

  I was VERY pleased and satisfied with the work Miles Plumbing did when they replaced my sewer stack. They showed up right on time and when I questioned as to how they were going to remove my vinyl beadboard in the bathroom he gave me the name of a carpenter that he works with on some of the jobs they do, the carpenter was great, punctual and very personable, he removed the wall so Miles could get to the sewer vent and returned to put the wall back up. Everyone was very polite, thorough, friendly and very accommodating, they finished the job right on schedule. Miles plumbing receptionist was so patient and polite and understood my time constraints and worked with me to get the job done. I will certainly have them back for all my plumbing needs, if I had to give them a grade I would give them an A+ Thank you Miles Plumbing.
