  You cannot get better service than from Mike's Clean Air LLC. They do EXCELLENT work. And the courtesy and respect that Mike and Josh give to customers shows that they were raised the Old School Way..   Mike and Josh are the best! I had an issue with my AC after hours and they came out the very same evening. Their manners, customer service, and overall professionalism are the absolute best. Mikes Clean Air has definitely gained a new customer for life. Don’t hesitate! Call them! I promise you’ll be extremely satisfied!

  The technician went out to the home on a Thursday to diagnose the issue, as the ac unit was not coming. He knocked on something on the outside unit and said it was fixed. It did come on for a little and then there was the smell of smoke. Mike was contacted and made aware. He sent someone out two days later and said that the condenser needed to be replaced. He said that he had a unit at his shop and would replace it the following Thursday first thing. He did not show up, and when he was contacted, he said he has other customers and became really irate. Highly not recommendable. Response to the reply: Your Facebook reviews obviously speak of these same instances. AHS has nothing to do with this review, as they did what they were to do. You, however, were very misleading and unprofessional.

  We ordered unit from American home shield it takes two weeks to get the unit in I told you I would try to get it out there Thursday! That is true but once I looked at the unit that unit was too big so I have to buy the unit myself and wait for American home shield to reimburse me! I called my manufacturer they said they would have one in first thing in the morning which would be tomorrow this was not acceptable to you! I was doing everything possible to expedite the call! But no good deed goes unpunished! Only been 3 days since we order the unit most people have to wait two weeks! I wish you nothing but the best and hope you get a great contractor!
