  We purchased a new ac/heating unit from them in 2016. Nothing but problems. We switched to a different company that can come and fix the problems but it has cost us a ton of money and many hot nights and we also had 2 weeks without heat at Christmas and the secretary laughed when I told her our heat was out and they were. It able to provide the promised space heaters since they closed early for a party. I wish I’d had Halls install out unit. They are excellent and professional.

  We pride and strive for customer service. We treat everyone of our customers as they are priority and would have never laughed at a customer because their heat was out. We go above and beyond to do everything we can to help our customers out. Last time we replaced your control board everything was running as designed. We never heard another word from you since December 2017. Therefore, we as a company did not realize you were not a happy customer. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused for you and your family.

  Worked very hard to get our ac replaced when it went out this summer. I would definitely use them again if needed. Staff is very friendly and great to work with.
