  The customer service with Mike Smith Heating and Air Conditioning is OFF THE CHARTS. They did an amazing job with my new install as well. His people are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. My HVAC died and they worked until 9PM to get me going until I could get my new unit installed. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that wants a great job, a great product, at a reasonable price. Jimmy.

  Our heating unit was acting up. Called Mike Smith Heating & Air, and within the hour Kaden and Jordan were here to help. Both very nice and professional, explained everything they saw. Had the heating unit running smoothly, performed all the checks/maintenance and even replaced a broken vent. I am a very pleased customer of Mike Smith Heating & Air.

  Mr. Sparks is very a knowledgeable and competent technician. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my furnace. I had previously used two other companies.Their technicians were unable to repair the furnace and I wasted money paying for their service calls and parts. I will surely use this company again.
