  I called to get a second opinion on a AC issue I was having. He proceeded to do a thorough diagnostic and found a wire that was chewed through by a pack rat. He fixed it on the spot. If I did not call, I would of wasted $1600 on replacing a part that was not bad. Very knowledgeable and will go over your whole unit before he calls something bad. He will definitely be my go-to AC repair man for all future repairs.

  Mike replaced our evaporative cooler. He was responsive, honest, affordable, came early and got the job done quickly. The work was quality and he was honest. Would definitely recommend.

  I had to respond to the one review on here. We found Mike several years, maybe 15 years ago, when we couldn’t find someone to fix our ac on a summer day... he worked for one of the best and biggest (russet sw I think) and when they couldn’t help me for days they referred me to mike since he had struck out on his own. Since then mike has helped us keep our homes 25yearold York split unit running against the odds. He is knowledgeable and experienced and polite and charges very reasonable rates. Mike lives in benson and sets up appointments by phone, he’s always on the run but he’s always called us back pretty promptly... not sure what happened with the other reviewer but I wouldn’t hesitate to call mike.
