  Mike's friendly enough. I liked him for repairs. Bad experience with an install though. He installed both a new high efficiency furnace and a new air conditioner. The furnace, for whatever reason, costs us more to run than our furnace from the eighties. The AC has never worked as it should. Mike came out to repair, but never followed up to check for leaks, and the new AC unit continues to perform poorly. The last time I called him he threatened to not show up for three months because he didn't like my tone of voice.
