  I realize no one is perfect... With that said I bought a new h/a unit from Mike (3700.00)early summer 2021 mid winter 2022 blower motor needed replaced. I called Mike and had to leave a message several times. When he finally answered he said(be there in 30min) . . He never showed. or called or answered when I called back..Had to call another contractor....Folks don't waste your time with. Mike Nelson call someone else. I wish I had .. .

  He had his son install a new heatpump in July. It wouldn't cool our house. He had quoted us $5000. When he installed it Mike came and said I owed him 6500.00. This heatpump was the Cadillac of heatpumps. So paid him. Well like I said it wouldn't cool our small house. Three weeks later he said he ordered a new one. The end of November he finally sent out the new heatpump his son installed it and it wouldn't heat. All summer we had no cooling now here is winter and we have no heat. Generally he wouldn't answer our calls. He wouldn ignore us. I called the manufacturer and they said that unit is not a heatpump just a cheaper hvac unit. So he did bait and switch. And then never even hooked it up correctly. I had to get another contractor to wire it so it would work. He was supposed to come back the day after his son installed it to wire it but as usual no show and no answer our calls. He can't be trusted. If you use him pay by credit card. So you can get your money back. Regrettably I was another one of his victims. Signed Richard Zeuschner

  Having to bring litigation to have him finish the job. He installed an air unit that never worked and was paid to replace filters that never cane. He was paid in full; stupidity on my part before the job was finished. . I've contacted him several times and he responds "I will be out tomorrow" and never shows. Then he ghosted me. Now, I have a unit that is constantly running in off position and non functioning, only blowing air 24/7. I am having to sue him. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.
