  Our furnace went out so I called them since we had had good luck in the past. The guy came out and quoted me one number for the blower motor and blower and then went to his car and came back and said the price was double what he had quoted me because of "shipping costs due to COVID". That didn't even include labor. Then he went on to say he would just get a new furnace. I ended up calling someone else and he came out and replaced the parts and serviced all our HVAC systems for half the price, the same day. Very disappointed that they would use the excuse "shipping costs due to COVID" to try and charge WAY more than they needed to.

  Delane, I'm very sorry that your experience with our company last week was not what you expected! I'm going to look into the full call with the service manager and tech to make sure all pricing and details were explained completely and accurately. We have had most, if not all of our vendor include an additional charge on shipping due to the rise in fuel prices, I'm assuming that was what the tech was discussing with you.   Eric came out a few hours after my call. Cleaned both furnaces (including the one with mice inside) and they now run beautifully. Also gave me some good tips for on-going maintenance. Really knows his stuff and very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

  We had an issue with our blower motor and Carl got Josh (I think that was his name) AND Mike to come out and take care of it asap. Not only did he replace the part, but he also checked everything else and helped with some popping noises when that wasn't even what he was sent out for. Every time we needed something, Carl has taken care of us. Super impressed with everyone at Mike Bryant!
