  Over time we have had to call Ted regarding our furnace, and he was always able to be here quickly, or if not would give us a time he could be here, and always showed up at time he said he could. He has been here late in the evening and early on a Sunday. Always professional, and able to resolve the issue. Prices are very fair. He is our go to person for our heating issues. Out of the handful of times he has been here, there was only one time he had to order a part, but was able to give us a temporary fix. Highly recommended!

  My mother’s carbon monoxide detector went off at 12:30am. The fire department stated the source was the furnace. We removed her from the home for the night. I called Midwest Sunday morning before 9:00am and Ted came out right after church! (12:00pm). He fixed the problem on the spot. What a blessing. Thanks Ted. Make sure you all have a functioning carbon monoxide detector or The story could’ve ended so differently! Make sure your family has a detector please!
