  Made down payment on furnace installation but Dave never follows thru on what he says. After 4 weeks he delivered furnace but didn't show up to install as promised on Monday or Tuesday. I guess he didn't specify which week. Real frustrating to deal with.

  Installed Bryant Furnace. Good price and good installation other than putting air-intake pipe directly over cat liter box. Sucks in cat liter until we found out what was causing such a fowl smell being dispersed throughout the home. Had a friend come in and move the pipe to where it should be, and moved liter box.

  I've called numerous times and even left a voicemail. I dont know if they went out of business or what but it's hard to get customers without answering the phone
