Mid-Atlantic installed a 4 ton Geothermal system in a challenging project. This included replacing the old oil furnace with baseboard heating in the ~ 1880's farmhouse, as well as the heating and AC in the new addition. Mid-Atlantic worked well with the owner, builder and architect to make sure that the system was installed properly, even though there were some significant challenges to installing ductwork in the old farmhouse section. The system has been operational for a complete AC and heating season and has performed as designed. The system just got its 1st annual maintenance checkup and everything checked out to the "as-new" parameters.

Fantastic service, as always. When we realized a condensation overflow condition was causing our HVAC compressor to constantly lock out (and stop producing air conditioning), they were able to respond within 2 days to clean our condenser/evaporator, ensure the drain was unclogged, and complete a performance maintenance check.

Doug and the techs were great people! The absolute best price anywhere for a geothermal system and I personally had received 6 different quotes. The work was clean, the techs cleaned up after each day of work. I don't normally give reviews like this but this company was a pleasure to work with.
