  Very responsive. Gave informative information regarding our heating. Heat was not working but by the time they left our home was much warmer. Very Professional. Wore shoe covers which was much appreciated. Will refer them to anyone that needs help with hvac.

  Thomas was very professional. My heat was not working & he sqeezed in during an emergency. Thomas arrived on time, found the solution & got my heating system running properly. I am so thankful & will recommend this company to everyone if you want good quality professional work. I have an boiler system, most companies does not service them but, Thomas was very efficient with my system. Thanks again for getting my heat working. 😊

  This was a very bad experience from the get go. I had an issue with my heating system and was assigned Mid Atlantic Comfort specialists by my home warranty company (Choice Home). First issue was the initial scheduling for Mid Atlantic to come out for a diagnosis. I received an email from the warranty company on a Thursday that Mid Atlantic will come on Sunday to check out the problem. Tried to call Mid Atlantic several times to see if there was an earlier appointment but no response. Finally got them on Sunday to confirm the appointment for later that day and was told the warranty company cannot schedule for them and that they were not coming on Sunday. Earliest they could come out was Tuesday. Tommy, who is the fellow I spoke to on Sunday, came on Tuesday to diagnose the issue. Said he'd have a report sent to the Warranty company within 24 hrs and we'd go from there. I called on Wednesday and Thursday, no response. Called the warranty company to help reach him as well - still nothing. Finally was able to reach him on Friday - he had not sent anything to the warranty company. He said he'd call me back in "15 mins". After I spoke to him, I then got my receipt via email showing what he did on Tuesday (3 days ago) and later in the day the warranty company said they got his paperwork and had approved the job. I had to get with him to schedule fixing the heating issue. As at my writing this review (Monday morning), I have not gotten a call back from Tommy and he has not answered any of my calls since Friday. I have gotten another HVAC contractor to complete the job. I have worked on several continents and this is one of the worst customer service I have received to date. This review is for Mid Atlantic to reveiew their responsiveness and hopefully no one else gets to experience what I just did.
