Charles was hired to do a job for my business. He was referred to me by the property manager of the location, however he has not responded to me after taking a deposit on his services for $8,000. I have been trying to contact him for over a month with no response. Even the property manager as reached out to him about my job and he will not respond to her now either. I understand during covid things come up with illness and supply issues, but not responding to a client is never acceptable. At this point I'm assuming his goal is to just to run away with the money and not provide service. I am just trying to get my money back now. Do not use this company!

That big tall guy knows his work. 2 other companies came out and worked on my equipment, ran a couple days and quit. He was here for about an hour and a half, works better then it ever did!!
