  Wow ! A call to Michigan Building & Mechanical and watch the magic happen. All efforts were made to service AC in moms condo. As it turned out, unit was old & needed to be replaced. Within 24 hours, Rodney & Hank had diagnosis, old unit out - new unit in. Great people, Great service , great price - doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you !

  I've been using Michigan Building & Mechanical for 17 years. I have a maintenance contract for both heating and cooling, so both systems are covered. I have the same technician, so Rodney knows the systems and how I like my home environment. He does a great job, but more than that, he's a good listener, he explains to me what is going on and what he's doing, and he has great interpersonal skills. I've had to use their emergency service a couple of times and got the same great service...in the middle of the night! I recently moved and took my maintenance contract, Rodney and their great service with me. Thanks to Rodney and the rest of the crew for their excellent service!
