  Chris and his partner were very helpful in explaining what the procedure was for cleaning. He showed me pictures of before and after. The entire process was very efficient and through. We were very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them.

  Overall pleased. I would have given them 5 stars if they hadn't left dozens of tiny shards of metal in the carpet under the holes they cut in the vents for the suction hose. It's possible they didn't realize the drop cloth they used was dirty or had a hole but still not happy I had to clean up that mess. Update, the company promptly contacted me to apologize for the debris. Despite my objections, they offered a full refund.
