Josh was our service tech that came out and did an amazing job! Crazy, big snow storm came through which left my family and I with no heat due to something burning up. They worked with me right away when I called and he came out to take care of us. Would highly recommend!! Very knowledgeable and explains what the issue was.

All the Technicians were very friendly and professional.  All of them know what they are doing and will answer any questions or concerns.   I had a few issues with my install, but they were quick to come out and make adjustments.

Josh and his team are professional and keep clients informed of work being completed. Times are scheduled and text messages sent followed by a call to let someone know they are on the way. After diagnosing the problem, staff informed of corrective actions and timing to complete work. Customer service is top notch. One can expect to receive a follow up call to see how the service call went and if any problems persist. If a follow up is needed to make adjustments these guys are there to make the work done right. I highly recommend Micheal’s for your heating and cooling needs.

First we got new unit installed inside and out three years ago, Let’s fast  forward  not even year later after getting new unit it goes out. Made call to Micheal’s was told I would be charge service charge to come see what they just installed.  Three years later was charged for thermostat  service charge (285.00)  that was installed three years prior said a short made thermostat go bad or vice versa what happened to five years parts and labor guess it doesn’t  apply to me  what happened to standing behind your work.

We at Micheal's apologize for your disappointment. We  strive to provide 100% satisfaction. Although we do not offer a 5 year labor unless the extended warranty package is purchased at the time of the install, if you did purchase warranty please provide the warranty information, I will also do some research for it on my end as well. However on new equipment there is a 10 parts warranty alone with proper registration 5 year if it was not registered by the homeowner. The thermostat and accessories do not apply under equipment warranty. The thermostat has a one year warranty.

If we do find that a extended warranty has been purchased we will be more then happy to refund qualifying amount.

The service and quality were outstanding they were very responsive and professional. I would highly recommended. I called every place in town and they were the best price I could find for the same if not better equipment.

Best HVAC service I’ve received. After disappointing experiences with the “big” guys in the area, they really came through. One call and they showed up as promised.

I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

The technician arrived when scheduled, was professional and courteous, and fixed our freezer. Very pleased with the service!
