  I would give zero stars if possible. We contacted this company on thanksgiving eve for an after hours call. They came out at 1130 pm to diagnose the problem. This was $122 cash. We were bringing home a newborn on thanksgiving and also had a 19 month old baby. We called on Friday after thanksgiving and they told me they couldn’t order the part until Monday. We gave them the credit card and they charged $217 for half the price of the part. It would take 7-10 days. We asked them to expedite the part and they said they couldn’t do that. We waited the week or so and called them they said the part would be delivered at 10 am on Monday. Again, called Monday and they said they were unloading the truck, they would get back to me. That was the last we’ve heard from them . No call back, no part, out of $300. Beware this is business is not responsive and neglects to follow through. Empty warehouse at the place of business. I do not recommend anyone use this company!!

  Changed 144.00 for nothing. Tried to say my 3 year old HVAC was full of black mold. Showed me a very poor quality picture of an HVAC unit that was not mine and tried to tell me I needed a special 1200.00 piece of equipment to attach to the unit in order to get rid of the mold. Called another HVAC company and they could not find any mold. Beware of this business. Ask for references if you want to deal with them. Would not recommend.

  My life is proof that bad things will happen at the worst times. My outdoor AC unit and HVAC unit decided to quit during the weekend which also happened to be Memorial Day Weekend. The owner himself came to my home on Memorial Day to identify the issue. He did everything within his ability to get us through until today when we could more permanently address the issues. Michael Pauls and his crew were professional, courteous, respectful and efficient. I had many questions throughout the whole ordeal and Mr Pauls himself answered any and all questions. If you or someone you know is in need of HVAC or AC work, look no further than this business!!
