  This company came out to look at a heating issue we had. The fix involved repairing duct work in the attic and after inquiring as to when it could be fixed, I was told "our guys don't like doing attic work, so we aren't interested in fixing it". Seriously, a heating and A/C company that doesn't work in the attic! I could not believe it - absolutely no customer service!

  The owner personally came out and took care of the first appointment when I bought my new AC unit after telling him how many issues I'd had with Stephen's heat and air. Any needs I've had after install, they were quick to come out and very professional. Couldn't ask for better.

  I've used Michael's for servicing my home HVAC system for years, and they've always provided excellent and timely service. However, when I recently had to replace my entire system (which was 19 years old) I got a true experience in exemplary customer care. Not only were they quick to provide a quote and get me on their schedule, but they carefully explained every step throughout the process and instilled confidence in both my selection and their professional workmanship. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience!
