  My heating system started to intermittently shut down about 2 weeks ago. It would shut down and raising the thermostat did nothing. About an hour later the system would restart. Calling service got a repair tech to come but by the time he came the system was once again functioning. This happened 3 times until Kyle arrived. Of course the unit started heating again but that did not deter him. He found 7 error codes in the units computer indicating an overheated condition with the blower then shutting down. He adjusted the gas inflow and the fan speed and it WORKED and has continued to do so. A very bright and personable individual. Vince was kind enough to put up with my repeated calls and sent Kyle the evening I called Meyer & Depew. A delightful service company to be dealing with.

  Lou recently performed the annual heating maintenance on our furnace and humidifier. Lou was professional and extremely knowledgeable about our HVAC system. He performed a thorough inspection and cleaning of the units. Lou is the sole reason that I have maintained a service contract with Meyer and Depew. He is trustworthy and honest! An asset to the company!!!

  I am happy to provide feedback for the Anthony T., Rafael L., and Curtiss P. Meyer & Depew team who installed a new heating system at my residence. They arrived on time, couldn’t have been more polite and accommodating, explained the system, worked efficiently, and completed the job in less time than I had anticipated. Although I was dreading having to replace my old furnace, the professionalism of each team member made this easy. I would definitely recommend this team to others needing a similar service.
