The technician customer service rep was able to give me a discount and corrected errors in my billing without any issue. Overall a great team effort and job.   Metts Co is a great company. The technician did such a great job cleaning my dryer vent. He was very professional and informative. He showed me before and after pictures and the difference was incredible.I highly recommend this company.
