After over four estimates, Metro Service offered everything we needed to replace our HVAC system and install overhead ducts, fill our collapsed floor vents with concrete, and installed a ducted vent hood. The very reasonable estimated price was the final price. No surprises. And Jim patiently answered my many, many questions before we got started. I also had a $200 coupon from them through the mail and was able to take it off the final price. The crew was professional, on time, considerate while working around us, and some of the hardest working people around. We're very happy.

I do not recommend using this company. I have used a few companies throughout the year and never felt a need to leave anything like a review. My usual people who ive used for 3 years unfortunately moved from town and i looked up a few places on google. All i can tell you is they are the only company i have ever had an issue with their practices. As a business owner i think i am more understanding than not to things. I almost always use small businesses, so i am clearly more accepting as others, but they wanted $200 to change $4.88 fuse. $99 service call, of course. Another $100 to put a fuse in. The kid looked for any reason to get out of there as i was the last call of the day. He could have put the fuse in and proceeded to do what comes with a service call, but as i said, he was ready to go. This is just my opinion and i already know of work i need done on my ac unit currently. I just know i wont be using this company for any reason.

As a business owner you certainly know the cost of doing business these days and you would certainly know when a customer declines a service and or a repair item there is no way for us to properly check your system so there is no reason to stay at your home. Very professional and very polite! Did everything one would expect to be done on a spring service call. We feel ready for the heat, with clean filters and a clean condenser. All good
