  My furnace broke in around negative 7 degree weather and Mesa and James Ives truly went above and beyond to fix my furnace as quickly and inexpensively as possible. To secure the part I needed, Mesa established a new relationship with a part supplier and picked up the part from a different city, all in less than 24 hours. James then called me with a price for the part before coming out and what they charged me was more than reasonable, particularly under the circumstances. Plus, they were friendly, professional, courteous and tidy the entire time. It was a pleasure working with them. James has earned a customer for life. I recommend Mesa and James.

  Doug did a great job. I was nervous because the previous owner always did my work but Doug showed up, communicated well, quoted the price, detailed the issues and got the job done. He assured me that his work was complete and if I found any issues to call immediately. I felt well taken care of and confident that I can maintain my plumbing relationship with this company.

  We have used MESA for fifteen years and have always been happy with their work—not one bad experience in all that time. Every tech we’ve met has been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Most recently, James came by our new home in Boulder for a furnace checkup. He was careful to explain all the ins and outs of our systems, what we can reasonably expect for future repairs and replacements, and the best approach to ongoing maintenance. Patrick did a full plumbing checkup and helped us determine our priority list for repairs and updates, as well. He is so friendly and professional and detailed in his work and I am always confident in his recommendations. It was a pleasure to work with them both. I’d also like to thank Shannon—we have had visits to three different addresses over the last few months and she has been very helpful in getting everything scheduled and organized.
