  Called and called. They never answer there phone. Finally went into store. Set apt. Guy comes out and doesn't even understand the furnace. Called again for the part they ordered. Had to go into the store and set up another apt. To install a board. Board did not work. I had to explain the problem with relay and he didn't get it. Billed me a lot for 20 min. Work. Problem remainsGremains ata problem. Rick's for your furnace needs. Waste a lot if time driving in because they never answered a single phone call of perhaps 30.

  $95 for 10 minutes of diagnostic, ordered the part for my furnace $200-$250 everywhere else charged $285 plus $20 shipping. Was told they would call when part showed up, never called, called the next afternoon to hear "oh yeah it came yesterday" temps form -10 to 15 for the 2 days furnace wasn't working. Will NEVER do business again.....
