  Fantastic customer service. Lori in the office is equally as wonderful and Brian is in the field. Both realty companies I have rented through use Mercury and I certainly know why!

  With the transitory nature of many companies here, it is a rarity in Lake Havasu City to find a business you can ALWAYS count on. We have owned our home here since 1969. Having working air conditioning isn't an option and Mercury will keep you up and running. A bonus ... if you would like to be treated like a valued consumer, talk to Lori. So refreshing and sadly unusual these days!

  A technician showed up diagnose the problem in less than 30 minutes ordered the part the next day and the third day returned to fix the problem and actually completed the job. That's really hard to find in this town and I will tell everybody that I know to use Mercury Air from now on because they do the job completely and correctly. They show up on time, pleasant employees. 👍👍👏👏
