I had to shut off my furnace due to a gas leak.  I contacted Robert Menne and he was very responsive.  He was able to buy the needed part and fit me into his schedule the next day due to the urgency.  He did great work and I would definitely use Menne's Heating and Air again.  My HVAC unit is on its last leg and I plan to use this company when I am ready to install a new one.

We had heating issues at our cabin and they responded quickly and were well prepared on site.   They worked quickly and efficiently and in no time we had heat again.   They were friendly and professional, I would definitely use them again.

We needed to replace our Water Heater, Menne's was able to install it with a few days. They were very professional and explained all the repairs they had completed.  Menne's was the most efficient business we have worked with.

My water heater recently failed and it was proving challenging to find a company that would take the job on short notice AND replace my existing unit with a same or better unit at a reasonable price. Other companies were quoting unreasonably high prices, including just to diagnose the problem, and/or offering to put in an inferior unit at a lower price based on availability.

I was eventually referred to Rob, the owner/operator, who returned my call immediately in the evening, FaceTimed with me to take a look at my situation, and by the next morning he had located my same water heater (across the city!) and scheduled me for an install within 24 hours. He quoted me a price on the phone, showed up on time and prepared, completed the work, and charged me precisely what he quoted the day prior. He was extremely professional, punctual, and provided a clear overview of the work he performed.
